Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Appointments All services require an appointment. Some treatments require an initial consultation before proceeding. To secure your appointment, a valid payment method may be required at the time of booking. Botox and IV Hydration Therapy require a consultation first before receiving treatment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $50 fee. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. 3. Payments & Refunds All payments are due at the time of service. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a service has been provided. 4. Promotions & Discounts Promotional offers, including the 20% off coupon, are for a limited time only and may expire without notice.
